License -- You have a non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the The Rough Notes Company, Inc. software product called Insurance Words for Agent Web Sites, together with the related instructional material upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Term -- this Agreement is effective from the date you download the software and shall remain in force until you discontinue use of the software.
Usage of Program -- You may use this program on only one computer or file server at a time. You may not make or distribute copies other than a backup copy for your personal use. You may not transfer this program electronically from one computer to another computer. In addition, you may not:
Period of License
This is a 12 month license which can be revoked for cause by any time by The Rough Notes Company, Inc. without any refund for the licensing fee/subscription paid. Should you cancel the service, there will be no refund of any licensing fee/subscription. The Rough Notes Company, Inc. may cancel the subscription at any time for any other reason by giving at least 30 days notice and returning any licensing fee/subscription paid on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the license.
You agree to remove all Insurance Words for Agent Web Sites files from your web site and any backups within 30 days of receiving notification from The Rough Notes Company, Inc. by regular mail that your license to use the product has either lapsed because of non-payment or has been terminated.

Copyright -- The Rough Notes Company, Inc. software product, the instruction manual and related material are all copyrighted. You may not remove or conceal any trademark or copyright notice appearing on any copy of the program, instructional manual or other material. You may not give a copy of this program to anyone without written permission of The Rough Notes Company, Inc.
Application of Indiana Law -- This Agreement has been made under, and the application or interpretation hereof shall be governed exclusively by, the laws of the State of Indiana.
