The following listing identifies endorsements available to modify the Insurance Services Office (ISO) Owners And Contractors Protective (OCP) Liability Coverage Form. The listing is arranged by form number and title and includes a brief explanation of the use of each form. This section does not include any state specific endorsements, changes or amendments.

Owners And Contractors Protective (OCP) Liability Coverage Forms Checklist, for

The ten-digit numbering sequence of ISO forms and endorsements has a very specific meaning.

CG 00 63–War Liability
Exclusion
This mandatory endorsement was withdrawn from use with the introduction of the 12 07 edition of the OCP coverage form.
CG 04 24–Coverage For
Injury To Leased Workers
This endorsement is used to amend the definition of employee as it
appears in the Definitions Section with respect to the Employers Liability
Exclusion to not include leased workers or temporary workers.
Note: This endorsement may be issued with or without a premium charge at the discretion of the insurance company.
CG 20 31–Additional
Insured–Engineers, Architects Or Surveyors
This endorsement is used with the OCP coverage form to add engineers, architects or surveyors engaged by the named insured as additional insureds. The coverage is for bodily injury or property damage liability caused by the named insured's acts or omissions or the acts or omissions of those acting on the named insured's behalf in connection with the named insured's premises or in the performance of its ongoing operations.
Note: Coverage does not apply to professional liability. This endorsement is usually issued without a premium charge.
CG 22
57–Exclusion–Underground Resources And Equipment
This endorsement excludes coverage for property damage that arises out of the underground resources and equipment for the classes of business described in the schedule. It applies to oil or gas wells, oil or gas lease operations and gasoline recovery operations.
Note: This endorsement is usually issued without a premium credit or reduction but any rate changes are at the discretion of the insurance company.
CG 24 01–Non-Binding
Arbitration
This endorsement establishes the framework and procedures to use when
submitting proceedings to non-binding arbitration.
Note: This endorsement is
usually issued without a premium charge or credit.
CG 24 02–Binding
Arbitration
This endorsement establishes the framework and procedures to use when
submitting proceedings to binding arbitration.
Note: This endorsement is
usually issued without a premium charge or credit.
CG 25 11–Amendment Of Limits Of Insurance (Designated Project Or
Premises)
This endorsement is used to change the limits of insurance for the
projects or locations indicated on the schedule making up part of the
endorsement. The limits shown replace the policy limits for the designated
project or location and are not in addition to them.
Note: Premium changes are calculated based on the revised limit of insurance and the contract cost of the scheduled project or location.
CG 28 04–Earlier
Notice Of Cancellation Provided By Us
This endorsement is used to increase the number of days of notice of cancellation to the named insured by indicating the applicable number of days notice in the space provided.
Note: The number of days notice can be higher than the state minimum number but never less. This endorsement is usually issued without a premium charge.
CG 28 05–Personal
Injury Liability
This endorsement is used to add personal injury liability coverage to the
OCP coverage form. It includes a separate insuring agreement, exclusions and
duties of the insured if a loss occurs. It also includes a definition of
"personal injury" as well as a revised definition of
"suit."

CG 28 07–Principals
Protective Liability Coverage
This endorsement is used to convert the OCP coverage to Principals Protective Liability coverage that provides for the vicarious liability of an independent contractor or that independent contractor’s employees. This is insurance against claims that arise out of some secondary cause, such as the negligent acts of an independent contractor engaged by an organization or a general contractor, or an employer for the acts of its employees. It is frequently used for businesses that distribute their products using independent contractors. Please refer to PF&M Section 271.6-1, CG 28 07-Principals Protective Liability Coverage, for an analysis of this coverage form.

CG 28 12–Pesticide Or
Herbicide Applicator Coverage
This endorsement is used to provide pollution liability coverage for businesses and individuals that apply pesticides or herbicides. It amends the pollution exclusion in the OCP coverage form to provide coverage on operations conducted away from the named insured's premises that meet all safety regulations applying to the operations listed and described on the schedule making up part of the endorsement.

CG 29 35–Additional
Insured–State Or Political Subdivisions–Permits
This endorsement is used to amend the WHO IS AN INSURED section of the
OCP coverage form to include as an insured the state or political subdivision
listed on the schedule making up part of the endorsement. Coverage applies only
with respect to operations performed by the named insured, or by others on the
named insured's behalf, for which the state or political subdivision has issued
a permit.

CG 29 51–Employment-Related
Practices Exclusion
This endorsement is
used to exclude liability coverage for employment-related practices in the OCP
coverage form.
Note: This endorsement is usually issued without a premium charge but rate or premium changes are at the discretion of the insurance company.
CG 29 88–Waiver Of
Transfer Of Rights Of Recovery Against Others To Us
This endorsement is used by the named insured to waive its rights of
recovery against any party listed on the schedule forming a part of the endorsement
because of insurance company payments made for bodily injury or property damage
as a result of the insured's ongoing operations.
Note: Premium charge or rate change is at the discretion of the
insurance company.
CG 31 15–Construction
Project Management Protective Liability Coverage
This endorsement is used to amend the coverage provided under the OCP
coverage form to apply to the contractor, architect, engineer, surveyor or
construction manager for loss or damage to the designated construction project
listed on the schedule making up part of the endorsement. Please refer
to PF&M Section 271.6-2, CG 31 15–Construction Project management
Protective Liability Coverage, for an analysis of this coverage form.

CG 31 31–Fungi Or
Bacteria Exclusion
This endorsement is used to exclude liability for bodily injury or property damage arising from fungi or bacteria in any form, regardless of anything else that contributes concurrently or in any sequence to the injury or damage. It also excludes the costs and expenses of testing, monitoring and cleaning up the fungi or bacteria by the insured or any other entity and adds a definition for fungi.
CG 31 32–Limited Fungi
Or Bacteria Coverage
This endorsement is used to provide coverage for bodily injury and property damage arising out of a fungi or bacteria incident, subject to the Fungi and Bacteria Liability Aggregate Limit described in the endorsement. Coverage does not apply to any fungi or bacteria that are, are on or are contained in a product intended for bodily consumption. It also includes definitions for fungi and fungi or bacteria incident.

66–Exclusion–Exterior Insulation And Finish Systems
This endorsement is used to exclude liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage due to any aspect of any exterior insulation and finish system or its component parts. It includes a definition for exterior insulation and finish system.
CG 33 70–Silica Or Silica-Related
Dust Exclusion
This endorsement is used to exclude liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage arising out of any inhalation or ingestion of, contact with, exposure to, existence or presence of silica or silica-related dust. It also excludes the costs and expenses of testing, monitoring and cleaning up the silica or silica-related dust. It adds definitions for silica and silica-related dust.
