Provides an E&O checklist to use with the customer with recommendations and required signature spaces to help prevent confusion and possible E&O litigation.

Provides an explanation of each coverage recommended on the E&O checklist.

The pre-renewal questionnaire provided in the Producers Personal Lines Risk Survey is an easy to use tool to find out what changes could impact the insurance coverage. The quick identification tool can be filled out in 10 minutes and provide an agent with information that can help fill a gap or find a starting point for upgrading coverage.

Questionnaire
The risk specific questionnaire digs out important information that could prevent an uncovered loss. Home business exposures, water related risks, recreational vehicles and more are included in this questionnaire. It is complete but flexible since the agent can choose which lines of business and supplemental questionnaires to include.
