Our PF&M is loaded with information that is comprehensive, easy to use and relevant. Every topic can stand alone but also provides easy-to-use cross-reference information to court cases and other relevant sections that enhances the research process.
We monitor industry development and do the research. We analyze program changes, new coverage forms and more. The ten volumes of PF&M have over 7,500 pages of information covering hundreds of policy forms and their endorsements. In addition to ISO forms there are also many AAIS forms and other independent forms reviewed. The first volumes emphasize the commercial lines. Property, liability, auto, businessowners, inland marine, ocean marine, boiler umbrella, bonds, workers compensation, crime and more are reviewed.
One volume is all about specialty coverages and topics of interest. Independent forms that provide professional, aviation and other miscellaneous coverages are reviewed. A new section has been added called Risk Transfer and Risk Management Techniques that explores various techniques and methods used by agents and brokers to help insureds protect their assets. In addition topics such as Terrorism, Lloyds of London and other topics of general interest are explored.
The personal lines side of the insurance business has been changing and gaining new complexities so the last volumes contain in-depth information on the mundane as well as the unusual. Our analysis includes extensive articles on personal auto, homeowner, personal inland marine, umbrella, dwelling, personal liability and other lines including flood and farm insurance. There are glossaries to help in understanding the personal inland marine exposure in coin collecting, jewelry and more.
The insurance industry is always changing so we provide updates to you once a month. We stay current so that you can use our information with confidence!
The organization of the material within PF&M is logical and easy to use. It makes look-up and research fast and simple.

PF&M is your source for coverage information plus much, much more!
Q&A – PF&M subscribers may fax, mail or e-mail their requests for basic coverage and classification clarification at no charge. The same care that goes into the preparation of the PF&M coverage analysis is used in finding answers to your questions. The answers are not legal opinions but they are based on the language of the policy and circumstances presented.
In addition, more complex issues can be researched for subscribers at a negotiated fee.
Court Cases – Every PF&M update includes important court decisions regarding specific policy interpretations. In addition to current cases, classic cases are shared since the classic decisions often are at the heart of current policy wording.
Monthly Updates – The PF&M is updated every month. An editor’s letter is included to highlight changes along with the content changes and the court cases.
Sales Tools – Many sections of the PF&M contain sample proposal language, brochure help and exposure analysis checklists. Information is provided to help quickly identify the problems that could be encountered and provide useful advice of solving those problems. Examples throughout most coverage analysis can be used to explain coverage questions and why a customer should purchase a particular coverage.
Training Aids – PF&M is designed to be not only a research tool but also a training tool. The overview and coverage analysis can easily introduce an employee to a new product or introduce a new employee to the current products. Quizzes can be used to determine an employee’s progress in understanding plus reinforce important concepts. The discussions can bring everyone up to date on current insurance issues.
