Cases and Coverages is the game for you!

This board game combines multiple-choice questions on exposures and ethics with in-depth case studies. To keep the game moving there are circumstance cards that can add and subtract points by luck of the draw. These cards not only add realism to the game but also a touch of humor.

The game uses team-to-team competition that sparks lively discussions within each team as they develop answers and spirited discussions with the other teams and the moderator as points are assigned. The game can be used to:
• Infuse excitement into a multi-day seminar
• Encourage team building
• Provide immediate application of newly learned skills

The game is more than a random repetition of facts. Throughout the case studies and exposure questions, the customer, who happens to have a number of coverage-related issues, is assisted.

The student must consider:
• How to determine a customer’s coverage needs
• Which forms can cover described losses
• Changes and recommendations to improve coverage

The Small Commercial Lines module follows a restaurant risk using the ISO Commercial Property, Commercial General Liability, Crime and Commercial Automobile coverage forms.

The Personal Lines module is available only as a semi-customized product because of the many company variations of personal lines forms. The scenario follows an agent developing a relationship with a new client through improving and enhancing coverages. Homeowners, Personal Auto, Personal Inland Marine and Umbrella coverages are discussed. A starting scenario is modified to work with your company’s forms and rules.

The BOP and Commercial Lines modules are available on a fully customized basis. We will work with you to develop the products, the preferred customer and the scenario for your particular workshop or seminar.

Note: This is a team-based competition game. Therefore, there should be at least three teams. Each team should be limited to six members for maximum participation. A complete game is required for each team.
