World Wide Facilities, Inc.
Forty years ago, World Wide Facilities, Inc. (WWF), of Garden City, New York, designed the first E&O policy for the staffing industry. Since then, WWF has led the way in providing a comprehensive program for staffing industry specialists.

WWF is a managing general agency and program administrator specializing in the staffing industry. "At WWF, we know the staffing industry from years of experience designing, writing and implementing a myriad of commercial policies and programs, including workers compensation," says Dorothy Taylor, president of WWF. "We know the unique exposures to loss that exist in the staffing industry. We have learned from experience. This experience has allowed us to customize our products to suit the needs of each individual client." All coverages are underwritten by American International Group.

"Staffing insurance is all we do," Taylor says. "Over the last 40 years, we have followed the trends, the laws and the changing needs of the staffing industry. We have kept up with all the changes and have designed products that address those changes. The success of our company has been uninterrupted, and our programs have been underwritten by the same carrier for 40 years.

"We deal with thousands of brokers every year, and we know how difficult pulling a submission together can be," Taylor continues. "However, shortcuts are not the answer. If we don't know what you are doing, we cannot write you properly. We make the process as painless as possible by listing all the information we require, including applications, on our Web site. And since we do all underwriting, rating and issuance in house, our service can avoid the delays brokers may experience elsewhere."

WWF has many customizable policy plans, one of them being workers compensation. "Without argument, workers compensation is a company's largest expense," says Taylor. "In response to that need, WWF offers a workers comp plan that can cover more than one state on one policy and can cover incidental exposures in states not listed on the policy." Premiums begin at $100,000, and the policy includes employers liability coverage.

"WWF realizes that the availability of workers comp to a staffing firm is perhaps the key component of its success--staying in business or not," Taylor continues. "That is why WWF has found quality partners in the loss control/risk management firm Regional Reporting, Inc. (RRI), and the insurance carrier AIG for the staffing industry."

Taylor emphasizes WWF's relationship with RRI and AIG: "Teaming up with these two giants in the industry gives us over 100 years of combined experience in serving staffing needs."

Other WWF offerings, Taylor says, include staffing services liability, "our most comprehensive offering," hired and non-owned auto, general liability, employment practices liability, errors and omissions, commercial umbrella/excess liability, property coverage, and fidelity bonding (third-party coverage). "It's important to note for brokers interested in our policies that defense is outside the limits in most cases; employment practices liability is written with an admitted carrier; and our commercial umbrella will provide excess limits over our program professional liability policy," Taylor explains.

"We are excited about our new relationship with Target Markets," Taylor declares. "Because we have established relationships with thousands of brokers over the years, the benefits of this association eluded us. However, in our short time as members of Target Markets, we can already see the value they have brought by introducing WWF to an entire community that may not have previously been aware of our existence. We look forward to the opportunity that the association brings us to showcase our unique programs, and for a chance to facilitate our client-focused services."
