Great American Insurance Group

In the Executive Liability Division, we protect our clients through products that include directors and officers (D&O) liability and other professional liability insurance coverages for a variety of institutions and corporations

The Executive Liability Division (ELD) of Great American Insurance Group has been protecting business leaders in a variety of organizations and corporations for over 22 years

As we continue to grow our professional liability clientele, we encourage you to consider Great American for the placement of your affinity and program business. We bring significant knowledge of D&O, EPLI, fiduciary, crime and other coverages to this important sector.

The ELD imposes no size restrictions on premium volume. Our affinity production sources range from $50,000 to $20 million in annual premium, a range that illustrates our flexibility and broad appetite for this business. With limits up to $25 million available on D&O accounts, the ELD has the capacity and strength to meet the needs of both large insureds, as well as small local organizations. Coverage information is summarized. Refer to the actual policy for a full description of terms and conditions.

Our specialized coverage protects affinity groups that include, but are not limited to:

• Dog clubs
• Humane societies
• Statewide nonprofit associations
• Arts foundations
• Assorted sports clubs

• Pest controllers
• Contractors
• Broadcasters

Great American’s Executive Liability Division is strongly committed to the Target Markets Program Administrators Association (TMPAA) to help increase our business. Attending Target Markets programs and conferences enables the ELD to nurture existing relationships and connect with a larger number of resources with similar interests in program development areas.

The ELD strives to deliver insurance products and services tailored to meet customers’ specific and changing financial risk exposures. We build value for investors through the strength of our customers’ satisfaction and by consistently producing superior results. Great American Insurance Company is licensed to write business in the United States and Canada and the ELD operates on an open brokerage basis.
