48 Years of knowing your business

Willis Programs has been highly regarded and widely recognized as a leading provider of insurance programs since the introduction of the MountainGuard® program in 1962.

Doing this as long as we have, we’ve learned a great deal. We understand that to truly offer something of value, our business must be a balanced one. From our carriers, to our agents and brokers, to the policyholders, we’re extremely proud of the fact that we’ve held long-standing, mutually beneficial relationships with all of them. We consider our role one of stewardship, which, by definition, refers to “the careful and responsible management of something entrusted to one’s care.” And, we take this very seriously. Our carriers entrust us with a fiduciary responsibility to manage a profitable program. Our agents and brokers entrust us to provide competitive and industry-specific products and services to their valued clients. We must continuously balance these responsibilities.

David G. Hampson, president and CEO of Willis Programs, is a 35-year insurance industry veteran who currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Target Markets Program Administrators Association (TMPAA). Hampson is passionate about the mission of Willis Programs. “We are committed to providing first class client service with a sense of urgency, professionalism and integrity,” he says.

After all, we believe the key to this business is in knowing everything about the industries that we serve. It’s what makes us stronger and it’s what sets us apart.”
