From November to December 2009, LMCA worked with a leading market research firm who conducted phone interviews with a random sampling of 25 Target Markets program administrator (PA) members.

“The willingness of program administrators to participate in research about their industry demonstrates their enthusiasm for what they do. The participants were forthcoming and we used those responses to help us determine our approach to the program market for 2010 and beyond,” says Nancy D. These responses told us three areas that weigh heavily in a PA-carrier relationship:
